This resource was made to make life much easier for developers when creating/editing vehicle handling or just testing vehicles in general. There's not going to be any documentation with this so you will need to read the code to see how it functions. This resource is also mostly outdated so no support will be provided. But even in its current state it makes doing vehicle handing and testing much much easier for developers.
